Education is far more than the transfer of information—it is the spark that ignites potential, shapes character, and transforms communities. From traditional pedagogy to self-directed learning, true education leaves an indelible mark on how we think, feel, and act. Hailing from the rich soil of Quetta, Mr. Adnan Jaskani stands as a testament to this transformative power: a self-made educationist, visionary leader, and unwavering advocate for Balochistan’s youth.
Adnan’s path to leadership was paved with relentless dedication. Coming from a modest middle-class background, he balanced his own studies by offering tuitions to local students—a practical necessity that unexpectedly revealed his life’s true calling.
Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, he earned a Master of Science in Physics before following his deep passion for literature to complete a second Master’s degree in English. His academic journey eventually led him to Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, for his doctoral studies, setting the stage for a turning point in his career.
While pursuing his PhD in Islamabad, Adnan encountered groups of ambitious students from Balochistan struggling with a shared challenge: traveling long distances at great personal and financial expense just to prepare for competitive examinations like the CSS and PCS.
Recognizing an urgent need for quality academic guidance back home, Adnan took a bold leap of faith. Returning to Quetta in 2009, he established Anfal Academy—an institution dedicated to bringing elite competitive exam preparation directly to the local youth.
Assembling a core team of 12 dedicated founding members, Adnan led the academy through its formative years. Refusing to settle for the security of a traditional job, his risk-taking spirit paid off: over a decade of excellence, Anfal Academy has produced top-ranking officers and exceptional scholars across the province.

Reflecting on his journey, Adnan shares a profound perspective on overcoming initial skepticism:
“At the start of any grand endeavor, you will encounter three types of people: First, the Rejecters. But as you invest hard work, they turn into the Acceptors. And finally, when you pour your soul into your vision, you are greeted by the Greeters.”
Beyond academic coaching, Adnan expanded his focus into human resource development, organizational management, and behavioral psychology. Applying these insights to mentorship, he emerged as a celebrated motivational speaker and youth leader.
His key honors and roles include:
Despite his expanding responsibilities, Adnan continues to offer his services voluntarily through the Anfal Academy platform, driven by a spirit of national service rather than commercial gain.
Drawing inspiration from the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the enduring resilience of Nelson Mandela, Adnan remains focused on expanding youth development and driving women’s empowerment initiatives across the region.
His core message to the next generation emphasizes holistic well-being:
“Prioritize your physical and mental health above all else. When you maintain good health, a fulfilling and successful life naturally follows.”
The team at Balochistan Stars honors Mr. Adnan Jaskani for his visionary leadership, courageous entrepreneurship, and timeless contributions to education in Balochistan
