Born in the serene landscapes of Sohbatpur, Balochistan, Mr. Waris has devoted his relentless energy, day and night, to serving his nation, uplifting the youth, and fostering peace across the region.

An Educational Odyssey

His journey began in the modest village of Manjipur, where he completed his basic schooling. Driven by a passion for learning, he moved to Quetta to pursue his Graduation at the University of Balochistan (UOB), followed by a law degree at the University Law College.

It was during his second year of college that Mr. Waris took a leap of faith and sat for the Competitive Civil Services Examination. Through relentless hard work, the grace of Almighty Allah, and the prayers of his family, he achieved what many only dream of: passing the prestigious exam on his very first attempt.

The Turning Point

What led a young student from Sohbatpur to the administrative corridors of Balochistan?

The turning point arrived when his family relocated to Quetta. Seeking direction, he visited a competitive exam coaching center on his brother’s recommendation. In a remarkable twist of fate, the academy management—impressed by his command and intellect—offered him a position to teach English language classes while preparing for his own exams. Teaching young minds ignited a spark within him; it transformed his vision from personal success to national service.

A Trailblazer for His People

Making history, Mr. Waris became the first youth from his district and the Khokhar community to earn the prestigious post of Assistant Commissioner.

His administrative tenure reflects versatility and unwavering commitment:

• Under Training Officer in Mastung
• Special Magistrate (WASA) in Quetta
• Assistant Commissioner in Washuk

Beyond his official duties, Mr. Waris remains a passionate social activist and mentor. He has conducted countless free youth counseling sessions and competitive exam workshops, ensuring that the young minds of his hometown, Manjipur, have a clear path to success. His ultimate vision is to establish quality educational institutes in rural Balochistan, bridging the divide between remote villages and modern opportunities.

Accolades and Legacy

Throughout his career, Mr. Waris has earned numerous accolades, including awards for Best Speaker, First Position in Parliamentary Debates, and Best Teacher. Yet, for him, the greatest reward remains the ability to rise from a humble, underdeveloped background, maintain academic excellence, and make his family proud.
