Few educators embody this sentiment as profoundly as Dr. Fahad Saleem, a renowned educationist, academic leader, and researcher from Quetta. Serving as an Associate Professor at the University of Balochistan, Dr. Saleem has spent his career shaping the minds of future innovators and elevating the standard of higher education across the region.
Born and raised in Quetta, Dr. Saleem navigated the socioeconomic hurdles common to the region, channeling those early challenges into a drive for academic excellence. After completing his foundational studies locally, he earned his PhD in Malaysia and subsequently completed a prestigious Post-Doctoral fellowship in Switzerland.
Today, he holds key leadership roles at the University of Balochistan, serving as the Head of the Department of Pharmacy Practice and the Coordinator for MPhil and PhD Programs.
His research contributions—spanning core textbook chapters on health sciences and dozens of peer-reviewed articles on social pharmacy and medication safety—have earned him global recognition. Dr. Saleem has represented Pakistan at major academic and scientific platforms across the United States, the United Kingdom, France, China, Taiwan, and Saudi Arabia.
