“Everything that is truly great in this world has been accomplished by the power and passion of youth.”
Humanism, at its core, is a commitment to uplifting human dignity, prioritizing social justice, and driving systemic reform. Grounded in these values, Ejaz Sanjrani—a prominent dynamic administrator and civic reformer hailing from Chaghi, Balochistan—has dedicated his career to institutional transparency, economic growth, and regional development.
Born in the resource-rich district of Chaghi, Ejaz completed his Master’s degree with a vision to create tangible, positive change in his home province. Recognizing that sustainable development begins with institutional fairness, he established the Balochistan Testing Service (BTS) in 2014.
Designed as a transparent evaluation platform, BTS aimed to safeguard merit-based employment, ensuring that deserving young talent secured job opportunities across the province while reshaping Balochistan’s administrative landscape.
Ejaz’s administrative integrity and commitment to social development caught the attention of the provincial leadership. Then-Chief Minister Sanaullah Zehri appointed him as Coordinator for the newly formed Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) in 2015.
Tasks with building the capacity of this fresh tax and revenue infrastructure, Ejaz played a key role in structuring modern tax collection mechanisms—enabling local revenue to be directly reinvested into provincial infrastructure, healthcare, and education. Recognizing his exceptional service, he was subsequently promoted to the position of Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Population Welfare and BRA.
Despite holding high-level provincial responsibilities, Ejaz remained deeply connected to his roots in Chaghi. His tenure as Coordinator was marked by immediate, community-focused interventions:

Drawing personal inspiration from the legendary global icon Nelson Mandela, Ejaz views political participation as a vital responsibility for long-term societal progress. Looking toward the future, he is preparing for an active political trajectory while finalizing an upcoming book focused on public governance and civic service in Balochistan.
An avid traveler, wildlife enthusiast, and passionate cricketer, Ejaz Sanjrani continues to embody a message of resilience for the rising generation:
“True progress demands action over intention. When young minds channel their energy toward service, no obstacle is insurmountable.”
